Ralph the Magic Rabbit

Sid is tired of being a slow snail. He wants to be faster than a speeding bullet or a flash of lightning. So, after consulting the Three Wise Snails, Sid sets off to find the legendary Ralph the Magic Rabbit, who can (maybe) make all of his dreams come true.

Along the way he makes two friends, Martin the Mouse and Joe the Crow, who also have big dreams. But Ralph's house is a long way away and the three friends will have to survive stampedes, swamps and amorous sheep before finding their mysterious saviour...

Ralph the Magic Rabbit was shortlisted for the 2006 Waterstones Children's Book Prize.
